Installation Procedure

    NOTE:

    Install a NEW gasket.

    Exhaust Gas Recirculation Pipe Gasket (3) - Install

    2. NOTE:

    Install a NEW seal.

  2. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Pipe Seal (2) - Install
  3. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Pipe (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Exhaust Gas Recirculation Pipe Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)

  5. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Pipe Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
  6. Engine Cover - Install - Engine Cover Replacement
