Installation Procedure

  1. Fuel Feed Pipe - Underbody(2) - Install
  2. GM4230928

    Remove the special tool: EN-6015  plugs.

  3. Fuel Feed Pipe - Underbody(2)@Fuel Feed Pipe - Fuel Pump Module to Underbody(1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  4. GM3707252

    Fuel Feed Pipe - Underbody(1)@Retainer Clip(2) - Install[4x]

  5. Retainer Clip(2) - Close[4x]
  6. GM3707251

    Fuel Feed Pipe - Underbody(2)@Bulkhead Clip(1) - Install

  7. Bulkhead Clip(1) - Close
  8. Lower the vehicle.
  9. GM4230927

    Fuel Feed Pipe - Underbody(1)@Bulkhead Clip(3) - Remove

  10. Bulkhead Clip(3) - Close
  11. Clip(2) - Install
  12. GM4727304

    Remove the special tool: EN-6015  plugs.

  13. Fuel Feed Front Pipe(2)@Fuel Feed Pipe(1) - Connect - Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  14. Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle - Install - Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle Replacement
