Installation Procedure

  1. Install the engine oil pressure sensor (2) to the engine and tighten to 35 N.m (26 lb ft).

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  2. Connect the engine oil pressure sensor connector (1).
  3. Install the transmission mount bracket bolt (1) and transmission mount bracket (2) and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).

  4. Install the front heater outlet hose (1). Refer to Heater Outlet Hose Replacement .

  5. Install the heater inlet hose assembly (2). Refer to Heater Inlet Hose Replacement .
  6. Install the engine control module. Refer to Engine Control Module Replacement .
  7. Install the radiator surge tank. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Replacement .
  8. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
