Installation Procedure
- Install the radiator (1) into the lower radiator mounts.
- Install the two upper A/C condenser bolts (1). Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement
- Install the radiator upper mounts (2). Radiator Upper Mount Replacement
- Install the transmission fluid cooler outlet pipe (2) to the radiator. Transmission Fluid Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement (MER)
- Install the transmission fluid cooler inlet pipe (2) to the radiator. Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement (MYC)Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement (MER)
- Install the radiator outlet hose (2) to the radiator outlet pipe. Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement
- Install the engine coolant fan shroud (1) to the radiator. Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Replacement
- Install the radiator inlet hose (2) to the radiator. Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement
- Install the engine coolant recovery reservoir hose (1) to the radiator. Coolant Recovery Reservoir Hose Replacement
- Install the engine coolant air bleed hose (2) to the radiator. Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement
- Raise and support vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
- Install the lower A/C condenser bolts (1). Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement
- Install the front bumper fascia extension (3). Front Bumper Fascia Extension Replacement
- Lower the vehicle.
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling
- Connect the battery ground cable to the battery. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
- Inspect cooling system for leaks.
