Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
    WARNING:

    Refer to Gasoline/Gasoline Vapors Warning .

    WARNING:

    Refer to Safety Glasses Warning .

  2. Disconnect Fuel Feed Front Pipe @ Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose Refer to Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

  3. Remove Fuel Feed Front Pipe @ Retainer
  4. Disconnect Fuel Feed Front Pipe @ Fuel Filter Assembly Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

  5. Disconnect Fuel Feed Front Pipe @ Fuel Feed Hydrocarbon Injection Front Pipe Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  6. Remove Fuel Feed Front Pipe @ Retainer [3x]
