Removal Procedure

  1. Remove Engine Cover - Refer to Engine Cover Replacement

  2. Disconnect Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Temperature Sensor Electrical Connector
  3. Disengage Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Temperature Sensor Wiring Harness Retainer

  4. Remove Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Temperature Sensor
    NOTE:

    Apply penetrating oil to the sensor and allow to soak for 10 minutes prior to removal.
