Install Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler. Refer to Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Replacement

NOTE:
Install a NEW gasket.
Install Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve
NOTE:
Connect the exhaust gas recirculation coolant feed hose and clamp to the exhaust gas recirculation valve during installation.
Install Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Nut and tighten 25 N.m. (18 lb ft)

Install Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Brace Bracket Bolt and tighten 58 N.m. (43 lb ft)
Install Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Bolt and tighten 25 N.m. (18 lb ft)

Install Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Stop Bolt and tighten - Refer to Fuel Pump Fuel Return Hose Replacement
Connect Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Vacuum Pipe
