Installation Procedure

  1. Install a NEW Fuel Pump Seal (2).
  2. Install Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1)

  3. Connect Fuel Tank Vent Hose (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  4. Connect Transfer Hose (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

  5. Use the CH 45722  wrench by turning clockwise and install the lock ring (1).
  6. Install Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose. Refer to Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose Replacement 
  7. Install Fuel Tank Vent Valve Hose @ Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module. Refer to Fuel Tank Vent Valve Hose Replacement (Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module) 
  8. Connect the electrical connector.
  9. Install Fuel Tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement
