Backup Alarm Replacement

Preliminary Procedure Lower the spare tire enough to gain access to the alarm secured to the frame. Refer to Spare Wheel Hoist Replacement .
1	Backup Alarm Fastener (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 12 N.m (106 lb in)
2	Backup Alarm Procedure Disconnect the electrical connection. Disconnect integral alarm lead from frame in two places.

12 N.m (106 lb in)

Backup Alarm

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical connection.
Disconnect integral alarm lead from frame in two places.
