- Generator - Install
- Generator Bolt - Install NEW
- Generator Bolt - Install NEW
- Generator Bolt - Tighten 36 (27 lb ft)
- Steering Gear Skid Shield - Install - Steering Gear Skid Shield Replacement
- Harness Connector - Connect
- Coolant Hose - Install @Generator- Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Front Wheelhouse Liner-Right Side - Install - Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side (Chevrolet)Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side (GMC)
- Engine Coolant Heater Pump Bracket Bolt - Install - Auxiliary Water Pump Replacement (L8B)
- Drive Belt Tensioner - Install - Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement - Accessory (L8B Lower)Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement - Accessory (L8B Upper)
- Attach the harness retainers where indicated.
- Harness Connector - Connect
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac N Fill L8B)
- Enable the high voltage system. High Voltage Enabling
