Removal Procedure
- Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection

- Lift the tabs on the cover (1) upward to disengage the cover from the fuse block.

- Remove the positive power terminal fastener (1) and set the positive power cable aside.

- Release the 4 retainer tabs (1) using a suitable hook-like tool to release the locking levers (2) to allow the locking levers to be rotated to the full up position.

- Remove the front compartment fuse block housing by lifting on the locking levers (1) then with a slight shacking motion on the locking levers remove the front compartment fuse block housing (2) from the fuse block housing base.

- Depress the locking tabs aside each of the 5 connectors and remove them from the junction block base plate.

- Remove the 2 nuts (1) from the fuse block housing base (2) and remove the fuse block housing base from the vehicle by releasing the lower tab from the front wheelhouse panel..
