Removal Procedure

    WARNING:

    Refer to Gasoline/Gasoline Vapors Warning .

    WARNING:

    Refer to Safety Glasses Warning .

  1. Relieve the fuel system pressure. Fuel Pressure Relief
  2. Remove Fuel Feed Front Hose Replacement 
    3. Fig 1: Heat Sleeve

  3. Remove Heat Sleeve (1)
  4. Remove Fuel Feed Pipe (2) at Retainer (3) (Qty: 3)
  5. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (Base)Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (HP)
  6. Remove Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement - Right Side
  7. Remove Front Body Exhaust Heat Shield Replacement (Right)Front Body Exhaust Heat Shield Replacement (Left)
  8. Remove Warm Up Three-Way Catalytic Converter Replacement (LH - LGX)Warm Up Three-Way Catalytic Converter Replacement (LTG)Warm Up Three-Way Catalytic Converter Replacement (RH - LGX) at Right Side.

  9. Disconnect Fuel Feed Pipe (1) at Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose (2) - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
  10. Remove Fuel Feed Pipe (1) at Retainer (3) (Qty: 5)
