Installation Procedure

  1. Install the evaporative emission pipe (1) to the vehicle.

  2. Connect the evaporative emission pipe (1) to the evaporative emission canister. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  3. Install the evaporative emission pipe (1) to the plastic clips (2).
  4. Install the evaporative emission pipe (1) to the plastic clips (2).

  5. Install the evaporative emission pipe (1) to the engine compartment bulkhead plastic clips (2).

  6. Connect the evaporative emission pipe (1) to the evaporative emission canister purge solenoid valve. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .

  7. Install the drivetrain and front suspension frame. Refer to Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Replacement (Volt) .
