Circuit/System Verification

  1. Engine running.
  2. Verify the function of the rear defog indicator while commanding the Rear Defog Indicator Active and Inactive with a scan tool. The rear defog indicator should turn ON and OFF.
    • If the rear defog indicator is always ON 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing.

    • If the rear defog indicator is always OFF 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing.

    • If the rear defog indicator turns ON and OFF 
  3. All OK.
