Installation Procedure

  1. Install the current sensor (2) to the battery negative cable (1).

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install the body harness ground cable (2) to the battery negative cable (6). Tighten the fastener (1) to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
  4. Connect the wiring harness current sensor connector (3).

  6. Install the battery negative cable (2) to the chassis frame stud and tighten the fastener (1) to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
  7. Install the battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement .
  8. Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
