P0601 

The TCM has detected a difference between the calculated and stored checksum values.

P0602 

The TCM has been unable to detect the start program.

P0603 

The TCM has detected a difference between RAM and EEPROM checksum values.

P0604 

The TCM has detected a single word failure with the random access memory (RAM).
