Installation Procedure

    NOTE:

    If the emission reduction fluid tank insulator - lower is damage install a new lower insulator.

  1. Install the emission reduction fluid tank insulator - lower. Refer to Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Insulator Replacement - Lower .
    2. Fig 1: Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Bolts

  2. Install the emission reduction fluid tank (2).
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install the 3 emission reduction fluid tank bolts (1) and tighten to 22 (16 lb ft).

  4. Install the level and temperature emission reduction fluid tank module (2) to the retainer (1).
  5. Install the emission reduction fluid tank reservoir. Refer to Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Reservoir Replacement .

  6. Connect the emission reduction fluid tank vent elbow (1) to the emission reduction fluid tank reservoir (4).
  7. Connect the emission reduction fluid tank vent elbow (1) to the emission reduction fluid vent line.

  8. Connect the emission reduction fluid tank reservoir wiring harness plug (1) to the retainer (3) in the direction as shown.

  9. Position the emission reduction fluid exhaust front pipe injector supply pipe (1) into the retainer (4).
  10. Install the emission reduction fluid supply pump module. Refer to Emission Reduction Fluid Supply Pump Module Replacement .
  11. Install the emission reduction fluid pump module wiring harness. Refer to Emission Reduction Fluid Pump Module Wiring Harness Replacement .
  12. Install the emission reduction fluid tank insulator - upper. Refer to Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Insulator Replacement - Upper .

  13. Install the emission reduction fluid tank filler cap (1).
