Removal Procedure

  1. Before performing the first steps, review the Emission Reduction Fluid and Emission Reduction Fluid Handling .
  2. Remove the emission reduction fluid tank insulator - upper. Refer to Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Insulator Replacement - Upper .
    3. Fig 1: Emission Reduction Fluid Pump Module Wiring Harness Plug And Body Wiring Harness

  3. Disconnect the 6 emission reduction fluid pump module wiring harness plugs.
  4. Disconnect the emission reduction fluid pump module wiring harness plug (1) from the body wiring harness.
  5. Cut and DISCARD the 4 cable ties.
  6. Remove the emission reduction fluid pump module wiring harness (2).
