Installation Procedure

  1. Install the air cleaner insulator (4) to the air cleaner lower housing (1).
  2. Install the air cleaner bracket insulators (2) to the air cleaner lower housing (1).
  3. Install the air cleaner lower housing (1) to the air cleaner brackets.
  4. Install the water drain hose (3) to the air cleaner lower housing (1) if equipped.
  5. Install the NOX sensor - position 1 module from the air cleaner lower housing. Refer to Nitrogen Oxide Sensor Replacement - Position 1 .
  6. Install the air cleaner element. Refer to Air Cleaner Element Replacement .
  7. Install the air cleaner upper housing. Refer to Air Cleaner Upper Housing Replacement .
