Vehicle Yaw Sensor with Vehicle Lateral and Longitudinal Accelerometer Replacement

Callout Component Name

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Turn the ignition OFF.
  2. Remove the lower front floor console rear trim panel. Refer to Front Floor Console Rear Compartment Replacement .
1 Yaw Sensor Nut
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten:  7 N.m (62 lb in)

2 Vehicle Yaw Sensor with Vehicle Lateral and Longitudinal Accelerometer

Procedure

  1. After the installation is complete, configure the yaw sensor. Refer to Multi-Axis Acceleration Sensor in Electronic Brake Control Module Programming and Setup .
  2. After the installation is complete, perform the Vehicle Yaw Sensor Learn .
