Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the battery fuse block cover (1).
  2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection 
  3. Remove the auxiliary battery positive terminal nut (2) from the fuse block.

  4. Remove the nut (1) from the rear of the generator
  5. Remove the nut (2) from the starter solenoid.
  6. Remove the auxiliary battery positive cable from the vehicle.
