Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the battery fuse block cover/engine control module(ECM).
  2. Loosen the auxiliary negative battery post terminal nut (1) and remove the auxiliary negative battery post clamp.
  3. Remove the auxiliary negative battery ground bolt (2).

  5. Remove the auxiliary negative battery terminal (1) and bolt (2) from the left front engine block.
  6. Remove the auxiliary negative battery cable.
