Installation Procedure

  1. Install the sliding side door control assembly (3) to the vehicle.
  2. Install the sliding side door control assembly (3) to the sliding side door.
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install the bolts (4) in order to retain the sliding side door control assembly (3) to the sliding side door and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  4. Install the lock rods to the sliding side door control assembly.
  5. Install the sliding side door lower trim panel. Refer to Sliding Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
