Removal Procedure

  1. Crankshaft Balancer - Remove - CRANKSHAFT BALANCER REPLACEMENT

    Disconnect the electrical connector (1).

    Remove the engine front cover bolts (1).

  4. Disconnect the electrical connector (2) from the camshaft position actuator magnet.
  5. Reposition the camshaft position sensor wire bracket (3) and disconnect the electrical connector (4) from the camshaft position sensor.
  6. Remove the camshaft position sensor wire bracket (3) from the vehicle.

    Remove the camshaft position sensor (1) from the engine front cover.
