Installation Procedure

  1. Install a new reading lamp bulb (1) to the reading lamp bulb socket (2).

  2. Install the reading lamp bulb sockets (1) into the reading lamp assembly (2) and twist the reading lamp bulb socket (1) clockwise to secure.
  3. Install the reading lamp. Refer to Reading Lamp Replacement .
  4. Connect the battery ground cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Primary) , Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Auxiliary) .
  5. Check the reading lamp for correct operation.
