Preliminary Procedures: Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling .
1 Inflatable Restraint Instrument Panel Lower Module Fastener (Qty: 4)
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten:  10 N.m (89 lb in)
2 Inflatable Restraint Instrument Panel Lower Module
Procedure: 
Disconnect electrical connector.
