Installation Procedure

  1. Install the ignition coil to the bracket.
    2. Fig 2: Ignition Coil Mounting Bolts

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the ignition coil mounting bolts and tighten to 8 N.m (71 lb in).

  3. Connect the ignition coil harness connector.
    4. Fig 4: Spark Plug Wires

  4. Connect the spark plug wires at the ignition coils.
  5. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
