Callout Component Name

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Remove the intake manifold tube. Refer to Intake Manifold Tube Replacement .
  2. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation valve cooler. Refer to Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Cooler Replacement .
1 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Fastener (Qty: 3)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
25 N.m (18 lb ft) .
2 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve

Procedure

  1. Use a NEW gasket.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector.
