Installation Procedure

  1. Install the intake air duct.
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Tighten the intake air duct to turbo clamp to 8 N.m (71 lb in).
  3. Install the charge air cooler inlet pipe. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement .
  4. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .
