Installation Procedure

  1. Install the CKP sensor.
    2. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  2. Install the CKP sensor bolt and tighten to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  3. Connect the electrical connector (2) to the CKP sensor (1).
  4. Install the starter. Refer to Starter Replacement (5.3L and 6.0L Engines) .
