Installation Procedure

  1. Inspect the throttle body seal, and replace if necessary.
  2. Position the throttle body to the intake manifold.
    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the throttle body bolts and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  4. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the ETC.
  5. Install the charge air cooler outlet pipe. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement .
