Circuit/System Testing

  1. Ignition OFF, disconnect the X2 harness connector at the FPCM relay.
  2. Connect a test lamp between the enable circuit terminal 2 and B+.
  3. Ignition ON, the test lamp should turn ON.
    • If the test lamp is OFF, test the enable circuit for a short to voltage or an open/high resistance. If the circuit tests normal, replace the FPCM.
  4. If all circuits test normal, replace the FPCM relay.
