Installation Procedure

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  1. Install the fuel pressure relief valve to the left fuel rail and tighten to 100 N.m (74 lb ft).
  2. Install the glow plug module and bracket. Refer to Glow Plug Control Module Replacement .
  3. Prime the fuel system. Refer to Fuel System Priming .
  4. Start the engine.

    If the engine does not start, repeat the above step.

  5. Inspect the fuel system for leaks.
  6. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
