Affected Model(s): 2007 Buick Terraza; 2007 Chevrolet Uplander; 2007 Pontiac Montana SV6; 2007 Saturn Relay; with OnStar (RPO UE1) and ABS (RPO JL9) or Traction Control System (RPO NW9), excluding vehicles with OnStar and Vehicle Stability Enhancement System (RPO JL4 - Stabilitrak)

Condition

Some customers may comment that the OnStar(R) turn by turn feature is inoperative.

Cause

This condition may be caused by a software anomaly in the Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) module.

Correction

A revised calibration has been developed to address this condition. Technicians are to reprogram the ABS module using SPS with the latest software available on TIS2WEB. Refer to the Service Programming System (SPS) procedure in SI for more information. As always, make sure your Tech 2(R) is updated with the latest available software.
