Circuit/System Testing

  1. Disconnect the CHMSL assembly. Clear the DTC. Using a test lamp connected to the positive battery terminal, probe the CHMSL voltage supply circuit.
    • If the test lamp illuminates, test for a short to ground in the CHMSL voltage supply circuit. If all circuits/connections test normal, replace the BCM.
  2. Replace the CHMSL assembly.
