Installation Procedure

  1. Install the battery tray.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the battery tray bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the battery tray bolts to 12 N.m (106 lb in).

  3. Install the battery. Refer to Battery Replacement (7.0L)  or Battery Replacement (6.0L) .
