Removal Procedure

  1. Relieve the fuel system pressure. Refer to Fuel Pressure Relief Procedure .
  2. Disconnect the engine fuel feed pipe from the chassis fuel flex hose. Refer to Quick Connect Fitting(s) Service (Metal Collar) .

  3. Disconnect the engine fuel feed pipe from the Fuel Rail. Refer to Quick Connect Fitting(s) Service (Metal Collar) .
  4. Remove the two fuel feed pipe fasteners.
  5. Remove the engine fuel feed pipe.
