Removal Procedure

  1. Relieve the fuel system pressure. Refer to Fuel Pressure Relief Procedure .
  2. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .
  3. Disconnect the fuel flex hoses (1, 5) from the chassis fuel pipes (2, 4). Refer to Quick Connect Fitting(s) Service (Metal Collar) .
  4. Disconnect the fuel flex hoses (1, 5) from the engine fuel pipes. Refer to Quick Connect Fitting(s) Service (Metal Collar) .
  5. Remove the fuel flex hoses.
