Installation Procedure

  1. Install the ALC shield (2) onto the vehicle.
  2. Install the ALC relay onto the vehicle. Refer to AUTOMATIC LEVEL CONTROL RELAY REPLACEMENT   .

    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the ALC shield bolt (1) and retainers to the vehicle.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

  4. Install the ALC compressor assembly onto the vehicle. Refer to AIR COMPRESSOR REPLACEMENT   . 
  5. Lower the vehicle.
