Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - SIDE FRONT DOOR  .
  2. Remove the front door water deflector. Refer to WATER DEFLECTOR REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR  .
  3. Remove the front door conduit. Refer to RUBBER CONDUIT REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR  .
  4. Remove the front door window belt inner sealing strip. Refer to SEALING STRIP REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR WINDOW BELT INNER  .
  5. Remove the front door window weatherstrip. Refer to WEATHERSTRIP REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR WINDOW  .
  6. Remove the front door window. Refer to WINDOW REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR  .
  7. Remove the outside rearview mirror. Refer to MIRROR REPLACEMENT - POWER (WITH TURN SIGNAL INDICATOR)  or MIRROR REPLACEMENT - POWER (WITHOUT TURN SIGNAL INDICATOR)   . 
  8. Remove the front door module. Refer to DOOR MODULE REPLACEMENT - FRONT  .
  9. Remove the front door outside handle. Refer to DOOR HANDLE REPLACEMENT - FRONT OUTSIDE  .
  10. Remove the front door lock. Refer to LOCK REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR  .
  11. Remove the front door window belt outer sealing strip. Refer to SEALING STRIP REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR WINDOW BELT OUTER  .
  12. Remove the front door window run channel. Refer to SEALING STRIP REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR WINDOW BELT INNER  .
  13. Remove the front door window run channel. Refer to WINDOW RUN CHANNEL REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR  .
  14. Remove the front door molding. Refer to MOLDING REPLACEMENT - DOOR BODY SIDE in Exterior Trim.
  15. Remove the front door hinges. Refer to HINGE REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR  .
  16. With an assistant, remove the front door from the body.
