Removal Procedure

Remove the front door water deflector. Refer to WATER DEFLECTOR REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR .
Remove the front door inside handle spring from the retainer clip.

Using a small flat-bladed tool, remove the front door inside handle from the lock module.

Pull back on the door inside handle assembly.

Separate the upper and lower portions from each other. Slide the upper and lower portions off the lock rods.
