Diagnostic Starting Point - Engine Controls

Begin the system diagnosis with Diagnostic System Check - Engine Controls. See DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK - ENGINE CONTROLS . The Diagnostic System Check - Engine Controls will provide the following information:
- The identification of control modules which command the system.
- The ability of control modules to communicate through serial data circuit.
- The identification of any stored Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) and the code's statuses.
