Removal Procedure

  1. Open the rear compartment lid.
  2. Remove the rear compartment lid trim. Refer to COMPARTMENT LID TRIM REPLACEMENT - REAR .
  3. Pull back on rear compartment trim panel.
  4. Disconnect the backup lamp connector (5) from the rear compartment lid wiring harness.

  5. Press the grommet (3) out of the rear compartment lid.
  6. Remove the fasteners (4) securing the backup lamp (1) to the rear compartment lid (2).
  7. Remove the backup lamp (1) from the rear compartment lid (2).
