Installation Procedure

  1. Install the hood latch support (1) to the vehicle.

    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the bolts (3) to retain the hood latch support (1) to the vehicle.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts (3) to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  3. Install the hood latch. Refer to Hood Latch Replacement .
  4. Connect the ambient outside temperature sensor electrical connector.
  5. Close the hood.
