Removal Procedure

  1. Support the radiator and the condenser assembly.
  2. Raise the vehicle on a hoist. Refer to LIFTING AND JACKING THE VEHICLE in General Information.
  3. Remove the close out panel.
  4. Remove the transmission cooler lines from the retaining clips.
  5. Remove the lower radiator mounting panel bolts.
  6. Remove the lower radiator mounting panel from the vehicle.
