DTC C1248: Dynamic Rear Proportioning Control System: Diagnosis

  1. Perform DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK  . Go to next step.
  2. Install scan tool. Turn ignition on, engine off. Select DISPLAY DTCs function on scan tool for EBCM. If scan tool displays any ABS/TCS/VSES DTCs, see DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE DEFINITIONS  table. If scan tool does not display any ABS/TCS/VSES DTCs, go to next step.
  3. Using scan tool, clear DTCs. Operate vehicle. If DTC does not reset, system is okay.
