Circuit Description

TCC normally closed brake switch supplies battery voltage signal on TCC/brake switch signal circuit to PCM. Circuit is open when brakes are applied. Brakelight/cruise control normally open brake switch supplies battery voltage signal on cruise control brake switch signal circuit to PCM when brakes are applied.

DTC will set when switches disagree for 10 consecutive minutes, or TCC and cruise control brake switches are not toggling open and closed during 6 brake applications on same ignition cycle.
