Both Power Seats Inoperative

NOTE: After each service or repair procedure has been completed, reconnect all components. Repeat power seat system check to ensure system is functioning properly. See POWER SEAT SYSTEM CHECK  under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
  1. Check condition of PWR SEAT/PSD circuit breaker (30-amp) located in fuse block. If circuit breaker is open, go to next step. If circuit breaker is not open, go to step  3 .
  2. Repair short to ground in Orange wire between fuse block and suspect seat switch. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
  3. Using test light, backprobe between splice S302 (Orange wire) and ground. S302 is located in the body harness near right front door approximately 13" (33 mm) from air bag SDM module breakout. If test light comes on, go to next step. If test light does not come on, go to step  5 .
  4. Repair poor connection or open in Black wire between splice S333 and ground. S333 is located approximately 15" (38 mm) from ground connection on left "B" pillar.
  5. Repair poor connection or open in Orange wire between fuse block and splice S302.
