Ignition Switch Electrical System Does Not Operate

Ignition Switch Electrical System Does Not Operate

Cause Action
The ignition switch is damaged. Replace the ignition switch assembly. Refer to Ignition and Key Alarm Switch Assembly - Disassemble - Off Vehicle  and Ignition and Key Alarm Switch Assembly - Assemble - Off Vehicle .
The connection at the ignition switch or the column connectors is loose.
  1. Reconnect the connectors and tighten the bolt to specification. Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications .
  2. Check the operation of the system.
