Left Front Door Does Not Lock Or Unlock
- Disconnect left front door lock actuator motor connector. Connect test light between ground and left front door lock actuator motor connector terminal "A" (Tan wire). Unlock all doors at any power door lock switch. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 3).
- Connect test light between ground and left front door lock actuator motor connector terminal "B" (Gray wire). Lock all doors at any power door lock switch. If test light illuminates, replace left front power door lock actuator motor. If test light does not illuminate, repair open circuit in Gray wire between left front door lock motor and splice S244.
- Disconnect remote control door lock receiver connector. Connect self-powered test light between ground and left front door lock actuator motor connector terminal "A" (Tan wire). If test light does not illuminate, go to next step. If test light illuminates, repair short to ground in Tan wire.
- Connect self-powered test light between Tan wire at left front door lock actuator motor connector terminal "A" (Tan wire) and remote control door lock receiver connector, terminal "A" (Tan wire). If test light illuminates, replace remote control door lock receiver. Reprogram replacement remote control door lock receiver to transmitter(s). See PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE . If test light does not illuminate, repair open circuit in Tan wire between remote control door lock receiver and left front door lock actuator motor.
